Besides the Formula 1 Meal replacement shakes and the Herbal Beverage Tea also included the refreshing Aloe Mango drink. The aloe gently cleanses the body, adds a sweet flavour and helps you drink more.

2 canisters of Formula 1 shake should last you 21 days if you replace 2 meals a day.

How to use
Replace your normal breakfast and lunch with a Formula 1 Nutritional Shake.
Mix 2 scoops Formula 1 with 250ml low-fat milk or a milk alternative for example unsweetened soy/almond milk.

Replace your normal tea/coffee (in the morning) with a glass of refreshing Herbal Beverage Tea. Can also be served chilled.

Add the Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mango to your water and drink throughout the day.
